Anti-UV TPO roof waterproofing membrane is a type of polymer waterproof material that made by using polypropylene(PP) and rubber as main raw material, processed by using unique formula and advanced technique. It has good processing performance and mechanical properties, as well as high strength welding performance. After adding a layer of fabric in between two TPO sheets, this composite product has enhanced its physical properties including higher breaking strength,better anti-fatigue and puncture resistance.
Because the white color TPO membrane can greatly reflect the sun rays and anti-ultraviolet, it has been widely used in various kinds of roofing waterproof engineering.

TPO waterproof membrane combines the advantages of EPDM and PVC, with superior weatherability, flexibility at low temperature from EPDM and weldability from PVC.
Different from conventional plastic materials, TPO shows high elasticity as rubber at normal temperature, while it can be shaped like plastic at high temperature.
It is environmental friendly since it doesn't contain any harmful element to the plant roots and can be recycled throughout its service lifetime.

Easy operation. ---operation can be done on wet substrate,direct exposure to the air under different weather conditions is allowed,re-welding is operable.
White color TPO enhances the reflection of sun rays and resistance of the ultraviolet.

Construction Attentions: At welding, clean the welding area, no water, no oil and no contamination is allowed.Before a formal welding, testing welding shall be carried out, to confirm the welding temperature and speed.
Flat-wise storage ,the stack height should not be more than 5 layers,
Up-right storage, the stack height should not be more than 2 layers.
It is prohibited to contact with acid, alkali, oil and organic solvents.
Storage temperature should not exceed 45℃, shelf-life is not more than one year.
