The self-adhesive HDPE (High Density Polyethylene) waterproofing membrane sheet consists of there layers:
Basic layer: HDPE membrane,
Adhesive layer: Non-asphaltic polymer adhesive layer
Protective layer: PE membrane/ Sand, mineral grain
Due to its strong reactive bonding ability with post-poured concrete, it is specially suitable for underground and tunnel waterproofing engineering use.
According to the different surface protective layer, the self-adhesive HDPE membrane can be divide into two types:
1) Unique formula & perfect waterproofing: The combination of non-asphaltic adhesive and polymer
sheet enhance the product property of high tensile strength, impact resistance, puncture resistance,
self-adhesive and easy construction.
2)Skin tight structure resists "water breakthrough": The strong chemical bonding between product and post-poured
concrete forms a skin tight waterproof structure , which perfectly resist the water breakthrough even if partial perforation
or breakage occurs.
3)Anti-subsidence and anti-cracking: Product is installed by using pre-paving & inverted bonding method, it has no
structural bonding to the substrate, so the product’s waterproof property is well guaranteed even if ground subsidence
occurs to the substrate.
4)Easy construction, less construction time & cost: Due to the pre-paving & inverted bonding method, the construction
has low requirements for the substrate or for the weather condition, no protective layer is required.
5)Safe construction & Eco-friendly: the construction requires no solvent, no fuel of any kind and no hot gas welding also.
6)Anti-Bacterium resistant & anti-mould: Theoretically this product has a durability of 100 years in underground use.

Product is packed in rolls and wrapped by plastic membrane.
Product should be stored in a dry, ventilated and cool place with temperature lower than 45℃.
Do not exposed to insolation and rain.
flat-wise storage, with stacking height not over 5 layers. Any incline or crossover should be prevented.
Under normal storage condition, product shelf life is one year.
