The PVC Roofing Membrane(Exposed type) is a composed flexible waterproof membrane made from polyvinyl chloride resin as the main material,mixed with defoamer, aging resisting agent and ultraviolet light absorber.
This product has high plant-roof puncture
resistance,so it is widely used on roof waterproofing projects especially plant-roof.
fiberglass mesh, fiberglass non-woven fabrics or polyester non-woven fabrics can be added as inner layer or backing to enhance product tensile strength.
Membrane reinforced by embedded fiber mesh(fiberglass mesh,polyester fabrics). This is usually suitable for single-ply waterproof system for roof by welding and mechanical fastening.
Homogeneous membrane. This is usually suitable for metal roof, general basic construction.
Membrane reinforced by non-woven fabric backing. This is usually suitable for concrete roof by welding and adhesion.

7.Construction process scheme:

1)Different types and specifications of the products should be stacked respectively. Pay attention to ventilation.
Storage temperature should not be higher than 45℃, flat storage stack height no more than five layer, put
single pile vertical, keep product away from acid, alkali, oil, organic solvent, etc.
2)Transportation to prevent tilt or lateral pressure, cover with cloth if necessary.
3)Under the condition of normal storage & transportation, storage period is one year.
