DYC-731 SPU Overstrength Elastic Waterproofing Coating (Herein after referred to as "SPU ") is developed and manufacturered by latest technology introduced by DAYU from abroad.
DYC-731 is one-component water solidified polyurethane waterproofing coating, composed of main ingredients like isocyanates, polyethers, with some additives. It is flexible waterproof coating by chemical reaction.
During construction, get the coating mixed uniformly, then brush it on the base directly. If necessary, added no more than 10% clean water(in terms of weight) into the coatings and blend them well by motor stirrer before coating the base.
Directly construction can be applyed to the moisture or dry substrate.
Strong adhesive to substrate,high polymer materials in the coatings can penetrated into the micro crack of the substrate.

Interarea treatment—Detail node treatment construction —The first coating construction—The second coating construction—The third coating construction—The fourth coating construction—Node seal treatment—Thickness check—Quality acceptance.
The interarea should be firm, smooth, solid, no sharp angles, without any dust, oil and obvious water damage. Internal and external corner should be made circular with cement mortar or sealant. Cracks and surface irregularities need to be filled by sealants.
Interarea Treating agent
To improve adhesion strength, we usually brash basement agent before construction. Primary treatment agent can be diluted with water in the site preparation coating which recommend amount of water to 50% is appropriate. The dosage of treatment agent is about 0.3㎏/㎡.Recommended thickness is 1.5 mm-2.0 mm. The coating should be brushed 3-4 times. After the previous coating become dry, construct the next layer each time (usually spaced 8 hours). Each brushing direction should be perpendicular with the last brushing.
1.0mm thickness: recommend dosage is 1.2-1.5kg/m²
1.5mm thickness: recommend dosage is 2.0-2.3kg/m²
2.0mm thickness: recommend dosage is 2.8-3.2kg/m²
Lay glass fiber cloth or non-woven fabric among coating layerare allowed to enhance waterproofing.
Widely used in general buildings’roofs, external walls, basements, balconies, kitchens and lavatories. Some special buildings like granaries, civil air defence works, bridge projects.
Constructing at the temperature below 5℃ or raining are not allowed. It is inappropriate to construct in extremely wet and non-ventilated environments.
It should be taken measures to avoid dehydrating quickly and forming crack caused by intense sun exposure before forming a film. It should also avoiding the loss of rain flushing.
1) Store the product in a dry, cool place, set and stack the barrels upside down, keep the product from sunlight & moisture, keep storage temperature below 40℃.
2) Prevent product from strong sunlight, rain, impact and damage during transportation.
3) Expiration date for a fully sealed and well stored product is 12 months.
