1. Introduction of the Polyurethane liquid  membrane
 This is a High-end Polyurethane Coating,  specially used in concrete bridge waterproofing engineering. The product has  superior physical property, including high tensile strength, high elasticity  and super bonding ability. And it has two sub-items, 3.5Mpa and 6.0Mpa. The  3.5Mpa product is normally used as an adhesive for other waterproofing sheet,  while the 6.0Mpa product is directly used as an independent waterproofing  layer.
 
 

2. Properties of the Polyurethane liquid membrane
 a) Excellent tensile strength.
 b) Super endurable to temperature variation,  alkali and acid.
 c) Excellent bonding, 2.5Mpa at concrete  surface, 0.6Mpa at damp surface. Operation is feasible in moisture environment.
 d) Chemical solidifying, super resistant to  constant water erosion, mould corrosion and fatigue.
 e) Super resistant to wear, impact,  elongation and crack.
 f) Eco-friendly, using high-end solvent, free  of benzene and coal tar.


3. Operation tips of the Polyurethane liquid  membrane
 a) Substrate shall be solid, smooth, dry and  clean, with ambient temperature between 0℃-40℃.
 b)  Mix part A and part B by the specified ratio, stir the mixture to get it  uniform, use a rubber or plastic scraper to spread the coating onto the  substrate. This process shall be accomplished by 2~3 separate passes. Move to  next pass only when the previous pass is hard dry, usually a 24h interval is  required.
 c) To  improve the surface condition for bonding, usually sand can be sparsely spread  onto the last pass of coating when it is still sticky.
 d) Do  not walk or put things on the coating layer before it is fully dry.
 e) Reference usage amount: 1.5mm membrane  thickness needs 1.9kg~2.1kg per square meter; 2.0mm membrane thickness needs  2.6kg~2.8kg per square meter.


4. Application scope of the Polyurethane liquid  membrane
 a) Waterproofing engineering in various kinds  of concrete bridge.
 b) Waterproofing engineering in water  conservancy dams.


5. Specification of the Polyurethane liquid  membrane
 For the 6.0Mpa: 40kg/set, mixing ratio 1:1
 For the 3.0Mpa: 60kg/set, mixing ratio 1:1

7. Cautions
 a) Once part A and part B are mixed, the  mixture shall be used up within 30 minutes.
 b) Operation ambient temperature needs to be  above 5℃, ventilate the construction site.
 c) If stored for a long time, skin could form  on top of material; this is easy to remove before use, it would not affect  material performance.
 d) Prevent the coating layer from any damage  before it gets full dry.


8. Storage and package
 a) Store products separately by product type  and specification. Keep it away from sunlight, rain, heat source and impact.  Ventilate the storage room and keep the temperature under 40℃.
 b) Under normal condition, product shelf life  is one year.
