1. Introduction of the  product
 JS polymer modified cement based coating is a two component product.  It consists of inorganic powder and organic emulsion. After properly applied, the  product forms a waterproofing membrane that has the flexibility and elasticity  of organic material, as well as the durability of inorganic material. It is  widely used in waterproofing project of various types of buildings and  constructions.


2. Property of the  product

  1. The product has a good elongation rate, relatively high strength,  and good adaptability against cracking and shrinking of structure.

  2. The product has a relatively high resistance to ageing, heat, alkali  and acid.

  3. The product is suitable for cold application, and is much forgiving  on application surface condition.

  4. The product has the capability to apply to moisture substrate  surface.

  5. The product is a water base, odorless and non-toxic material. It is  safe to use and eco-friendly.


3. Place to use

  1. This product is suitable  for waterproofing work in all sorts of civil and industrial buildings.

  2. This product is also widely  used in various water pools and ponds.


4. Instructions of  operation

  1. The operation surface needs to be solid and flat, clean up the  application surface before carry out the construction. Ideal operation  temperature is from 5℃ to 35℃.

  2. This is a two component product. Right before application, mix the  powder with the emulsion by slowly pouring the powder into the emulsion. When  doing this, keep stirring to get the two completely mixed.

  3. It is highly recommended to accomplish the coating process by doing  it in several separate passes, at least 2 passes. Every next pass shall be executed  after the previous pass is dry. Vertical surface has the priority and level  surface shall follow.

  4. If necessary, moderate amount of water can be added to thin the  product mixture, added amount ought to be within 5% of weight of product  mixture.

  5. Fabric reinforcement may be necessary at certain places, like drain  outlets and pipe roots. When doing this, make sure the fabric is flat and fully  soaked of coating.

  6. If necessary, water-storing test can be carried out after this  waterproof layer is hard dry.


5. Cautions

  1. Once the product package is opened, use up the product as soon as  possible. Left product shall be sealed tight.

  2. If being stored for a long time, a skin may occur on top of the  emulsion. This would not affect product function, just get rid of it before  application.


6. Storage

  1. Store the product in a cool dry  place, away from sunlight and rain. The emulsion component needs to be kept in  a place with temperature above 5℃.

  2. Product average shelf life is  one year.
