1. Product Introduction
 JS compound cement based  waterproofing coating is a two-part product, consisting of organic emulsion and  inorganic powder. It possesses the organic elasticity & flexibility, as  well as the inorganic durability.  The  product can form a high strength and high elasticity waterproofing membrane.


2.  Application scope
 1) Drinking water pool, swimming pool, fire  pool, fish pond and many other impounding reservoirs.
 2) Basement, bathroom, kitchen, balcony,  outer wall and roof.


3.  Product Features
 1) High strength, good  elongation, adaptable to substrate shrinkage and cracking;
 2) Good cohesiveness, applicable on damp substrate;
 3) Good heat resistance, good age resistance, good  acid & alkali resistance;
 4) Cold application, easy handling, less demanding  on substrate surface;
 5) Water base, non-toxic, harmless & odorless.


4. Operation  method
 1) Application surface shall be flat,  solid, without oil and dust, so necessary cleaning shall be taken, suitable  ambient temperature is 5℃-35℃.
 2) Epi-ready, slowly pour powder into  emulsion and keep stirring the mixture to get it uniform.
 3) Do the coating in 2~4 separate passes;  each pass shall be carried out after the previous one gets dry. Do vertical  surface first, then level surface.

4.Places like  corners, pipe roots and drain outlets may need fabric as reinforcement. Keep  the fabric flat and be soaked by the  coating.

 5) Limited water can be added in to thin  the coating, water added shall be no more than 5% of coating weight.
 6) After application reaches needed  thickness, water-storing test can be executed. Once pass, protective layer can  be carried  out  on top of coating.

6.  Storage and package
 1) Prevent the product from rain,  insolation, frozen, squeezing and crash;
 2) Store the product in dry, ventilated and  cool place. The emulsion part shall be kept above 5℃;
 3) Product shelf life is 12 months.


7.  Cautions
 1) Better use up the material once package  is open, any left material shall be fully sealed;
 2) Ambient temperature above 5℃ is recommended for application,  keep the site ventilated;
 3) After a long storage, a skin may form on  top of material. This is normal. Just get rid of it before application;
 4) Before the coating layer gets hard dry  after application, take precaution not to damage it.
